Thanks. It was a bit of a rushed thing with my husband accepting a job across the US and my needing health insurance, lol. But it was special and we had been together 7 years before he proposed, and were engaged for another 2.
Scotland is my ultimate dream! A great mix of beauty, culture, and history! I hope we both make it there soon! ❤

Thank you for the nomination love! Happy FriYay!!!! Edward Scissorhands is top 5 for me! I could watch that movie over and over again, always finding something new to love lol. I also have arachnophobia which is why it is my life mission to eliminate any & all dust bunnies on site! play no games (just thinking of this is giving me goosebumps lol) 🙂

You are welcome and Happy FriYay to you love! Edward Scissorhands will always be in the top for me too! I just realized that the neighborhood we moved to in October is similar to the neighborhood in the movie! The houses all look a like and everybody leaves for work and comes home at the same time! Haha!
I saw that movie when I was young and it scarred me for life. I have a serious phobia. AND, I just found a scorpion in my cookbook yesterday. I was on the phone with my mom and she thought I was being murdered! I am scared to go in my kitchen now…

ohmygoodness! this comment made me smile just thinking of a neighborhood like Edwards! lol, all you’re probably missing is the creepy gardening.
A scorpion?!?!?!? gahhh! I would’ve seriously lost my cool, i’m so sorry, I can’t even picture this without squirming in my chair *squirms* 😦 i’m glad you’re ok, don’t know much about scorpions but the fright alone smh…

Yeah, my husband has every other Friday off, so we were going somewhere one day right as everyone in the neighborhood was coming home and I looked at him and said “oh, my god, its like the neighborhood in Edward Scissorhands!” Lol.
I have a huge fear of creepy crawlies. These scorpions are not helping. Supposedly there is only one dangerous one in the area, and I am pretty sure that was the one hiding in my cook book…The bark scorpion is prominent in AZ, and they like to go inside houses. As an adult I should technically be okay if I get stung, but with my diabetes I am not so sure.

Those are cute names!! Yeah, I had adopted Luca from a no kill cat shelter back in NC and he had been named Captain Kirk, lol. His brother was Spock. He just didn’t feel like a Kirk to me.

My arachnophobia is way out of control. I freaked out in the kitchen two days ago when I was helping my dad clean and a huge spider ran right by my hand. I just screamed and promptly fell over the washing basket and landed in a heap on the floor! My dad got rid of the hairy sod for me…

OMG!! I do the same thing. Seriously, I won’t even try to kill one myself because I am afraid it will jump on me. Usually I spray it with poison if I am home alone. I found a scorpion in my cookbook 2 days ago and was on the phone with my mom and she thought someone broke in and was trying to murder me. My dad had to come over to try to find it.

This is one of my favorite awards because I love learning new things about my fellow bloggers. I love that you picked Audrey Rose for your fictional twin. She is such a great character. Right there with you on Edward Scissorhands too. Such a brilliant movie.

Bloodbourne is an interesting choice. Actually a first to hear that game as a favorite. I never played it, but I have heard mixed reviews. And thank you for the nomination. I know I’m late, but life happens ya know.

You are welcome! Life does happen, lol.
And Bloodeborne, oh I LOVE IT!! I think you hear mixed reviews because it is so flipping difficult!!! Everything from those creators (Dark Souls) is extremely difficult. But it is so fun and I love the darkness and horror in it.
Watch this funny video of this guy playing it for the first time (there is some cussing, lol)
